That can only mean green taxes for the English, but tax cuts for the Scottish, Welsh and NI. How is this a "fairer britain?" And of the course that great agency, the BBC, never once questioned this ommission, or at least bothered to query if Clegg actually knows he isn’t charge of Scottish, Welsh and NI education, health, environment policies, transport, etc.
